Just curious -- How would you charge for a "bouquet" of roses atop a small wedding cake? (2-tier, no dowels/columns, 8-10 ppl)
Actually, it's for a Commitment Ceremony. This December. And the cake (and the baker!) may need to travel to either Puerto Rico, USVI, or Cabo San Lucas. *smile*
I have always loved cake decorating and over the past 5 years have taken classes on how to create sugar dough flowers. Since then I have been building up my portfiolio. I have posted it here to share with you.
I create cakes as well as sugar dough flowers and animals to be placed onto cakes. I hope you enjoy!

Yolanda,
How large of a cake are you looking for (i.e. size or feeds XX number of people)?
Also, how many roses are you looking for? I can better answer your question once I get some more information.
Hmmm....would love to go to Cabo and would be perfect in December :)
