I have always loved cake decorating and over the past 5 years have taken classes on how to create sugar dough flowers. Since then I have been building up my portfiolio. I have posted it here to share with you.

How long does this flower take to make? It seems like it should take about three or four hours. Is this about right?

This flower took somewhere between 2 1/2 and 3 hrs to complete.
